The Austrian army is now ready to advance on Branau and engage the enemy before they can regroup and concentrate. 1 and 3 corps will advance, 2 and 4 corps will hold the southern flank.
HQ – move to Branau
1 corps – move to Branau
2 corps – hold Mondsee
3 corps – move to Branau
4 corps – hold Franken

He must hold Branau if he is to avoid the loss of Salzburg and be forced to fight a battle in front of Munich
9 corps will join 10 corps at Branau, 11 and 12 corps will hold the southern flank.
